  • Processing time is 2-3 business days. Most orders are shipped with UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

    Shipping time is 1-2 business days for the Tristate area.

    Anywhere else in the US is 3-5 business days.

  • Yes, we ship internationality! You only need to add your address and get the rates! please contact our customer service team if you have any trouble.

    Additionally, the customer is responsible for the cost of return label and customs. We do not provide return label for international orders.


  • To redeem your rewards, simply sign up or log in to your account. If you’re new, create an account on our website and you’ll automatically receive 300 points just for joining. Once logged in, return to the main page and click the black Rewards button at the bottom left of your screen (on mobile, it appears on the right). Then select “Ways to Redeem” to view your available points. Choose how many points you’d like to use, and a discount code will be generated for you. Just enter that code at checkout to start saving!


  • No, points are non-refundable.



  • Sometimes we do restock select styles. However we can not guarantee this for every item on the website. We suggest you grab it while it’s there! You can also submit your email to be notified in case the item restocks.

    In addition, we do our best to keep our inventory as accurate as possible. If an item on your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will refund you for that item and ship the rest of your order right away. 

  • Any item discounted 25% or more (whether through our own markdown or through coupon code) is FINAL SALE. 

    FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
